CDC interim guidance for businesses & employers
This interim guidance is based on what is currently known about the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). COVID-19 is a respiratory illness that can spread from person to person. The outbreak first started in China, but the virus continues to spread internationally and in the United States. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will update this interim guidance as additional information becomes available.

Department of Labor Families First Coronaviurs Response Act: Employee Paid Leave Rights
Temporary Rule: Paid Leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act
On April 1, 2020, the U.S. Department of Labor announced new action regarding how American workers and employers will benefit from the protections and relief offered by the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act and Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion Act, both part of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). The Department’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) posted a temporary rule issuing regulations pursuant to this new law, effective April 1, 2020. You can view this page by clicking HERE.

- 4/10/20 they issued this bulletin Tips for Social Distancing and Risk Management as 4-20 Approaches
- 3/24/20 they issued this bulletin confirming retailers, producers, & processors are not required to close & expanding curbside sales to all adult customers as long as certain restrictions are in place.
- 3/18/20 they issued this bulletin highlighting steps licensees should take to keep employees & customers safe.
- 3/17/20 they issued this this bulletin announcing retailers may begin offering curbside service to patients.
- 3/16/20 they issued this bulletin clarifying that "Distilleries, breweries, wineries and marijuana retailers are not required to close at this time.
